This high power ultrasonic generator uses an independent cooling system and integrated wiring scheme, including power supply to ultrasonic generators, ultrasonic HF cable, control system and communication bus to ultrasonic generator etc.
Only 1 cabinet can drive the whole high power ultrasonic cleaning tank. Easy to install, operate and maintain. High power ultrasonic generator is very stable.
More importantly, high power ultrasonic generator avoids the problems caused by generator placement, wiring and heat dissipation in the conventional solution. This high power ultrasonic generator is developed with the new technology and with full-bridge phase shift, constant power output, automatic frequency chasing and automatic impedance change. It can further improve the adaptability of the generator for different working conditions stability.

3 Phase 5 Wire Star Connection is recommended. The phase lines and neutral line needs copper wire with diameter no less than 16mm². Power supply inlet port is reserved on the back panel of cabinet, please connect the relevant wires to the port.
If there is control switch connected to power supply, please use 100A/3P miniature circuit breaker or molded case circuit breaker.

Below are not covered by Warranty:
1. Cavitation erosion on ultrasonic tank or surface of submersible transducer, which is a normal phenomenon during ultrasonic cleaning
2. Damage caused by abuse, improper installation, alternation, overload or neglect of precautions during the warranty, the device will be repaired or replaced by professional. Clangsonic reserves all the right.

(6) Can we tune the generator by ourselves?
We will tune the generator to the optimum resonant status before factory. It's forbidden for user to modify the parameters without Clangsonic's authorization. Unauthorized modifications may damage the devices or result in un-tuning between ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer. And these are also not covered by warranty.
